Duties:
– Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for early childhood education.
– Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
– Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the classroom.
– Monitor and assess the progress of each child, identifying areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child’s education.
– Maintain accurate records of each child’s attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
– Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field – preferred not required
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
– Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
– Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children with special needs.
– Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
– Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
– Proficiency in math concepts relevant to early childhood education.
– Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to children is a plus.
