Role Responsibilities
- Develop and refine high-quality Korean-language training datasets for AI systems.
- Create and validate complex question answer pairs using credible and diverse sources.
- Assess and annotate data to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve model performance and content coverage.
- Produce detailed, source-backed justifications for all generated content.
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate insights and feedback effectively in both Korean and English.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Korean with strong English proficiency.
- Strong experience in a professional or academic domain.
- Excellent research skills with ability to evaluate and synthesize reliable information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide logical justifications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
