Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Communication & Soft Skills Trainer who can help students improve their English proficiency, interpersonal skills, and overall employability. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of creating an interactive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sessions on spoken English, grammar, and communication skills
- Train students on soft skills including confidence building, public speaking, and workplace etiquette
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation practice sessions
- Design engaging activities to enhance learning outcomes
- Provide personalized feedback to students for continuous improvement
- Support students in becoming industry-ready professionals
Eligibility Criteria
- MA English / MA B.Ed / B.Com (any) / BSc (any discipline)
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching or training experience in English and soft skills
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Experience in training for employability or campus readiness is a plus
