About The Role
Elevate Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Commerce Faculty member to teach Classes 11th and 12th. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Accountancy or Business Studies and Economics, helping students excel in board examinations and build a strong conceptual foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Accountancy or Business Studies and Economics to Classes 11 & 12.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
- Track student progress and provide academic guidance.
- Create an engaging and positive learning environment.
- Assist students with board exam preparation and doubt-solving sessions.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Participate in faculty meetings and academic planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy or Business Studies and Economics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching experience in schools, coaching institutes, or private tutoring is preferred.
