Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a College Recruiter. The College Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies,
building relationships
with educational institutions, conducting outreach and promotional activities, and managing the recruitment process. The role will involve coordinating events, attending career fairs (virtually), and acting as a liaison between iQuery Australia and potential students and institutions.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, preferably within the
education
sector
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Excellent
communication
, both written and verbal
Knowledge of the
education
systems in Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, and India
Organizational and event coordination skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency with digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in
Education
, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
