工作职责:
Key Responsibilities
1. Construct three-layer curriculum system: executive succession development, CFT technical certification training for AI/Robotics/IT teams and production core role capability training; develop internal expert trainer pool from senior PTS and BU SVP resources.
2. Full ownership of enterprise HiPo development program: design cross-BU job rotation, executive coaching and action-learning projects per annual talent calibration output from HRBP team; track quarterly HiPo competency growth and promotion conversion rate.
3. Cooperate with HRIS team to implement enterprise LMS platform for digital training management; build training ROI measurement model to quantify productivity & operational improvement driven by capability building.
任职资格:
Required Qualifications & HiPo Profile
– Bachelor’s in HR/Organizational Psychology; ATD-CPLP / CIPD certification preferred.
– 6–8 years L&D COE experience with manufacturing + high-tech dual-industry background; proven HiPo leadership development program delivery experience with verifiable LinkedIn project case records.
– Innovative training design capability and strong cross-functional stakeholder coordination skills.
– HiPo Growth Path: Promote to combined L&D & OD COE Lead within 3 years.
