We’re looking for passionate Coding Instructors who believe in our mission and have the expertise to teach coding to young learners.
You’ll join a growing community of educators who make coding accessible, exciting, and meaningful for students across India and beyond.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Teach coding live to K-12 students through our online platform, making lessons fun, interactive, and age-appropriate
- Inspire curiosity – help students discover the joy of building apps, games, and websites from an early age
- Assess and guide – track student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive, encouraging feedback
- Engage with parents – conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns
- Grow as an educator – participate in ongoing training sessions, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates
✅ What We’re Looking ForMust-Have:
- Graduate in CS / IT / Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent)
- Strong programming fundamentals – comfortable with at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.)
- Excellent English communication – clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners
- Reliable setup – laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps)
Good to Have:
- Teaching experience – prior experience in EdTech, tutoring, or classroom instruction
- Familiarity with K-12 CS education – understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy and curriculum design
- Growth mindset – eagerness to learn new technologies and teaching methodologies
🕐 Availability & Commitment
- Minimum 50 hours per month
- Weekends are key: Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory; longer weekend hours are preferred
- Flexible weekday slots – choose hours that work best for you
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Earn INR 30,000 – 80,000 per month
- INR 200-500 per class depending on student region, day vs night shift, and weekend bonus
