Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Coaching Faculty role for IELTS/PTE/TOEFL, based in Adajan, Surat branch. The Coaching Faculty member will deliver high-quality classroom sessions, clarify concepts, and conduct practice activities to help learners achieve their target scores. Responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, creating study materials, assigning and evaluating mock tests, and providing individualized feedback. The role involves tracking learner progress, maintaining academic records, and suggesting improvement strategies. The faculty member will also support counseling teams by advising on test requirements and occasionally participate in workshops, seminars, or demo classes.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking, suitable for coaching IELTS/PTE/TOEFL learners.
- Experience in test-preparation teaching or coaching, preferably for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or similar standardized exams.
- Ability to design lesson plans, create practice materials, and assess performance through assignments and mock tests.
- Effective classroom management, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric, patient, and supportive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., TEFL/TESOL) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with study-abroad processes, admission timelines, and basic understanding of visa and immigration requirements is preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for content delivery, test evaluation, and maintaining student records.
