Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co Teacher based in Cairo. The Co Teacher will work closely with lead teachers to implement lesson plans, assist in classroom management, and support students' educational development. Key responsibilities include helping with the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons, facilitating small group activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the academic and social success of students. The role requires active collaboration with teaching staff to maintain the school’s high educational standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to assist in Lesson Planning and achieving curriculum objectives
- Foundational skills in Education and Teaching methodologies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Training and mentoring students or peers
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Proficiency in classroom management and fostering a collaborative learning environment
- Passion for working with students and supporting their individual learning needs
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
