KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Boost student outcomes in basic literacy & numeracy (aligned with NIPUN Bharat & FLN goals).
- Transform classrooms with activity-based, print-rich, MGML teaching (math & local language).
- Guide teachers in lesson planning, assessments & usage of TLMs.
- Increase attendance & retention, prevent dropouts, and ensure smooth progression to higher grades.
- Run learning centers, mobile libraries, excursions, wellness & EduSports sessions.
- Manage student academic & health data (manual/digital), facilitate medical checkups/treatments.
- Engage communities through home visits, parent counselling, SMC interaction, and lead 1–2 social-impact projects yearly.
- Support WASH events, school functions, and quarterly reporting.
QUALIFICATION:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with 3–5 years of relevant experience (Education/NGO/social sector preferred).
- Basic knowledge of FLN and NIPUN Bharat frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (Hindi & local language).
- Proactive, detail-driven, flexible multitasker.
Location: Bhathat & Pipraich Block, Gorakhpur
Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 CTC + Travel
