We’re currently seeking Classroom Teachers and Behind-the-Wheel Instructors for our Knoxville location. If you’re comfortable leading a group, enjoy working with students, and want a rewarding role with flexibility and growth potential, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction to student drivers
- Provide hands-on, behind-the-wheel training
- Foster a positive, supportive, and safety-focused learning environment
- Serve as a mentor and role model for young drivers
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teaching or instructor experience is a plus (but not required)
- Willingness to complete training and certification (we provide training for the right candidate)
What We Offer
- $18–$22 per hour
- Full-time and part-time positions available (Saturdays, and Evenings in the Fall & Winter)
