Madinaty Language School – MLS is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Co-Teacher to support our lead teachers in delivering high-quality education. In this role, you will assist in creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic success across various grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Assist in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Provide individual support to students to meet their diverse learning needs
- Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources
- Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in team meetings to improve instructional strategies
- Contribute to student assessments and monitoring progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Prior experience in teaching or educational support roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education
