About the Opportunity

Nao Now is seeking enthusiastic Children’s English Instructors who are passionate about making a positive impact through education. You’ll teach live online English lessons using our structured curriculum while encouraging students to develop strong communication skills in a fun and engaging virtual classroom.
Primary Responsibilities
Teach Inspiring Lessons
- Conduct live online English classes for children in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Deliver engaging lessons using Nao Now’s curriculum and teaching resources.
- Encourage participation through interactive and student-focused instruction.
- Adapt your teaching style to suit different ages, learning abilities, and English proficiency levels.
Support Student Success
- Help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Create a positive learning environment where children feel comfortable using English.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive, encouraging feedback.
- Build meaningful connections that motivate students to continue learning.
Maintain Professional Excellence
- Teach consistently according to your committed schedule.
- Complete lesson feedback and required documentation after each class.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality in every lesson.
- Collaborate with the Nao Now team to deliver a high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
- Previous experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or working with children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital learning resources.
- Passionate about helping children learn and build confidence.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching space.
- Computer or laptop with a webcam and headset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certifications are a plus.
Compensation
- Compensation equivalent to $20 USD per teaching hour.
- Payment is made per completed 25-minute lesson.
- Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and evaluation performance.
- Curriculum and lesson materials are fully provided.
- No unpaid lesson preparation required.
- Training and onboarding are unpaid.
Schedule Requirements
- Minimum availability of 10 teaching hours per week.
- Available to teach during Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM–10:00 PM KST (Korea Standard Time).
- Minimum 3-month commitment.
- Consistent weekly availability is required.
