Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate program evaluations and make improvement recommendations
• Support curriculum updates for ELCC/D programs
• Liaise with industry partners for student placements
• Provide mentorship through course instruction in various modalities
• Conduct practicum observations and support students
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in ELCC or Education with 5 years of experience
• Experience in administrative roles within early childhood programs
• Active membership in relevant associations
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems preferred
