We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our students.
“`Responsibilities“`
– Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
– Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment
– Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
– Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning community
– Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
– Incorporate educational games, activities, and technology into daily lessons
– Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with special education requirements
– Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
“`Requirements“`
-A Minimum of at least a CDA in Early Childhood Education or related field
– Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
– Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively manage behavior in a classroom setting
– Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
– Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources
– CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
– Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
