Duties
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and well-being.
- Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children’s progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and sanitation protocols.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or nannying settings.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively through classroom management techniques.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to respond promptly to emergencies.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or special educational needs.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members.

Pay: $1,250.00 – $1,700.00 per month
