Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Classroom management skills and a nurturing heart
- Early childhood education background a plus
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Foster a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment
- Support each child’s growth and developmental milestones
