Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals who have an interest in child care and desire to join our team. While ideal candidates have a strong background in early childhood education, we also support our staff with furthering education to build a solid foundation in early childhood education. Our teachers have a commitment to foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. For those who are experienced; this role may involve creating engaging lesson plans, promoting literacy and math skills, and supporting the development of children with diverse needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
Educate children in various subjects, including literacy and math, through interactive and engaging activities.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues to create an integrated curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
Support children with special education needs or disabilities, ensuring they receive the appropriate resources and attention.
Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff to promote a strong school community.

Skills
Strong background in early childhood education with relevant certifications or degrees.
Experience working with children in a classroom setting, preferably within private schools or child care centers.
Proficiency in lesson planning that incorporates literacy education and math concepts.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education needs.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
