EduTalent Group are hiring for a Chemistry Teacher to join a high performing international school in Marbella. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Science educator to join a well resourced and collaborative department, delivering high quality teaching across IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme pathways.
About the role
You will join a dedicated Science department of seven teachers, delivering engaging and rigorous Chemistry teaching from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 5, with a focus on IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme outcomes. The school has a strong academic reputation, with excellent IB results and a clear focus on inquiry based learning and student centred teaching. You will be expected to create a stimulating classroom environment that supports independent learning and enables all students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
• Qualified teacher status (PGCE or equivalent in Science)
• Ability to teach Chemistry across KS3 to KS5
• Experience teaching IGCSE and or IB Diploma Programme Chemistry (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Strong understanding of practical and theoretical Science teaching
• Proven ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
• Clean enhanced DBS or equivalent background check
• Full 5 year reference history
