Position: Performance Centre Administrator
Become an essential part of the Amynta Group as a Performance Centre Administrator in Toronto. This full-time role provides crucial support for training logistics, LMS maintenance, and participant engagement in educational programs.

The Performance Centre Administrator is focused on the daily administrative tasks at Sym-Tech’s Performance Centre. This role includes organizing in-person and virtual training sessions while ensuring all logistics run seamlessly. You will maintain the Learning Management System, assist facilitators, and directly communicate with training participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize logistics for training courses, both in-person and virtual

• Prepare and print course materials accurately and timely

• Serve as the primary contact for training participants

• Provide administrative support to facilitators for effective course delivery

• Maintain and update LMS user accounts and course content

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or administration

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong detail orientation and multitasking ability

• Proficient in MS Office suite

• Demonstrated professionalism and teamwork skills
