Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and examination materials.
- Guide students for board examinations and academic excellence.
- Develop students' communication, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth.
- Participate actively in school events, literary activities, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with parents, faculty, and school leadership to ensure student success.
Eligibility & Skills
- Master's Degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Strong command of English language and literature.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Experience in a residential school environment will be highly preferred.
- Ability to create an engaging and student-centric learning environment.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience as PGT English.
Experience in reputed residential/boarding schools is mandatory.
