Experience: 10–15 years in Education Sector (minimum 5 years in leadership role)

Qualification: Postgraduate (Education preferred) + B.Ed / M.Ed / MBA (Education Management preferred)

Job Summary:

The Campus Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, administration, academic excellence, and operational management of the school campus under the CBSE framework. The role involves ensuring high-quality education delivery, staff management, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction while aligning with the organization’s vision and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Leadership:

  • Ensure effective implementation of Central Board of Secondary Education curriculum and guidelines
  • Drive academic excellence, innovation, and student performance
  • Monitor teaching methodologies and learning outcomes

2. Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day campus operations including administration, transport, and facilities
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all departments

3. Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Build a high-performance culture and ensure staff retention

4. Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to CBSE norms, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain documentation, audits, and statutory compliances

5. Student & Parent Engagement:

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and disciplined environment
  • Address parent concerns and enhance satisfaction levels

6. Financial & Strategic Planning:

  • Manage budgets, optimize resources, and control operational costs
  • Drive admissions growth and brand positioning

7. Business Development:

  • Support marketing initiatives, admissions strategies, and outreach programs
  • Strengthen community relationships
