About The Role
We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand, reason through, and communicate core business concepts — from strategy and management to operations and finance.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role powered by Alignerr (a Labelbox company), working alongside top AI research teams on meaningful, cutting-edge projects.

What You'll Do
- Design and review business questions and real-world scenarios used in AI training datasets
- Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance
- Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
- Apply your real teaching experience to validate edge cases and ensure content meets postsecondary standards
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your pace
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
- Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with structured content
- No prior AI experience required — your teaching expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Industry or applied business experience outside of academia
- Familiarity with AI, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
