About the Role:
Tale Crafted English (TCE) is seeking experienced, certified, and passionate trainers to join our growing team. You’ll help working professionals gain confidence, clarity, and impact in English communication and corporate soft skills. If you thrive in guiding adult learners in a professional environment, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-impact online sessions in Business English, corporate communication, and soft skills
- Adapt teaching strategies for adult learners in a corporate context
- Provide practical, real-world learning experiences that boost professional confidence
- Collaborate with the team to enhance curriculum and learning materials
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business English and English Grammar training
- TESOL / TEFL / CELTA / ICF certification mandatory; Voice & Accent preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with curriculum design and structured lesson planning
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and remote learning tools
- Deep knowledge of corporate communication practices and business terminology
- Candidates with availability in the early morning (5:30 AM–10:00 AM) or late evening (7:00 PM–1:00 AM) slots will be given preference.
