As a crucial part of our team, you will assist children in a supportive learning environment while collaborating with certificated teachers. Communicating effectively with families and crafting Individual Program Plans (IPPs) is key to this Full-Time Contract role. With your contributions, you will help shape an extraordinary future for the children we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid children in various learning situations
• Implement programming based on children’s needs
• Build relationships with children and families
• Prepare IPPs and maintain planning forms
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of childcare experience preferred
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Standard First Aid and infant CPR certification needed
• Current health assessment according to local regulations
