We are currently looking for a dedicated Biology educator to guide our medical aspirants and drive exceptional outcomes in the NEET examinations.
The Role
As a Full-Time Biology Faculty, you will be at the forefront of our NEET preparation program. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, conceptually clear lectures in Botany and Zoology, simplifying complex topics, and mentoring students to achieve their highest potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Engaging Lectures: Conduct classes for NEET batches using conceptual clarity and visual aids in our digital classrooms.
- Test Design & Evaluation: Create chapter-wise tests and mock exams aligned strictly with the NTA pattern. Evaluate answers and provide constructive feedback.
- Doubt Resolution & Mentoring: Lead dedicated doubt-clearing sessions, provide one-on-one mentoring, and meticulously track student performance.
- Curriculum & Content: Develop high-quality study material, revision notes, and question banks while staying fully updated on NEET exam pattern changes.
- Parent Communication: Participate actively in PTMs, share progress reports, and maintain transparent, supportive communication with parents.
Who We’re Looking For
- Education: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Biology (Botany, Zoology, or Life Sciences) from a recognized university. A B.Ed. or NET/SET qualification is a strong plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience teaching NEET Biology at a coaching institute or school level with demonstrable student outcomes.
- Expertise: Deep, thorough command over NCERT Biology (Class 11 & 12), previous year question patterns, and current NTA exam trends.
