We are seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our academic team as BCS Faculty. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering an engaging learning environment, and supporting students in developing the knowledge and skills required for successful careers in computing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in assigned computing courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, projects, and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Encourage active learning and classroom engagement using effective teaching methodologies.
- Stay updated with developments in the field and integrate relevant industry practices into teaching.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and other academic activities as required.
- Maintain accurate academic records and ensure timely submission of grades and reports.
Requirements
- Relevant academic qualifications in the respective field.
- Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional academic environment.
