This is more than a roleits an opportunity to empower children, nurture independence, and support learning and development in a fun, inclusive environment.
What youll be doing:
- Delivering 1:1 structured support tailored to each childs needs
- Helping children develop social, communication, and life skills
- Supporting the implementation of individualised learning plans and behaviour strategies
- Promoting independence, confidence, and resilience
- Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
What were looking for:
- Experience working in SEN, autism, or teaching assistant roles
- Knowledge of EHCPs, behaviour strategies, and classroom support techniques
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
- Driving licence preferred
