ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Educational Qualification (As per UGC Norms)

  • Good academic record with a Master's Degree in Commerce / Management / Business Administration or a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
  • Ph.D. in Commerce / Management / Business Administration or a related field is mandatory.
  • Candidates who have cleared UGC-NET / SLET / SET are preferred; however, Ph.D. holders as per UGC 2009 / 2016 / 2022 Regulations are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.

dROLES & RESPONSIBILITIE

S1. Teaching & Curriculu

  • mDeliver high-quality lectures at UG / PG / Ph.D. levels in areas of specialization
  • .Design, develop, and periodically update course curriculum in alignment with UGC / institutional guidelines
  • .Adopt innovative and student-centric pedagogical approaches including case-based learning, simulations, and industry projects
  • .Mentor students in academic, career, and research pursuits

.2. Research & Publication

  • sConduct independent and collaborative research and publish findings in reputed indexed journals
  • .Guide Ph.D. scholars and PG dissertation students
  • .Secure research grants from DST, ICSSR, UGC, or other funding bodies
  • .Present research at national and international conferences

.3. Institutional & Academic Governanc

  • eParticipate actively in departmental meetings, Board of Studies (BoS), Academic Council, and accreditation activities (NAAC, NBA)
  • .Contribute to the preparation of Self-Study Reports (SSR) and quality documentation
  • .Take on additional academic responsibilities such as examination coordination, timetable management, and committee memberships

.4. Industry & Community Engagemen

  • tEstablish and nurture industry linkages for student internships, live projects, and placement support
  • .Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, FDPs, and MoU-driven activities
  • .Represent the institution at external academic forums and professional bodies
