Position: Associate Director Jewish Studies Bialik

In this interim role, you will report to the Director of Teaching and Learning, applying your expertise in curriculum development and school leadership. Key goals include overseeing high-quality Jewish Studies education, supervising staff, and promoting professional growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate resource intervention for students in need
• Supervise new Jewish Studies teachers’ classroom strategies
• Evaluate teaching performance through observed lessons
• Lead curriculum development with the Admin Team
• Promote the Yiddish program and school culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education;
Master’s preferred
• Experience in academic intervention or student support
• Knowledge of assistive technology and UDL principles
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Leadership experience in educational settings
