South Walton Montessori Academy is looking for a responsible and reliable individual that is willing to learn. No previous Montessori experience is required.
SWMA is an authentic Montessori school located in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We currently have approximately 80 students from 18 months up to 8th grade. All of our Lead teachers are Certified, and several of our Assistants are as well. We are looking for an Assistant teacher in the Toddler class. There are 12 students between the ages of 18 months and 2 years old. The start date will be August 2025. This is a full time position during the school year, with summers off. The school pays for 100% of every full time staff member’s health insurance through FL Blue!!!! (Health insurance is paid year-round at a cost of over $850 per month, per employee.) We also offer a signing bonus and a holiday bonus. After the first year, Assistants are moved to a salaried position.
