REVA University: Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE)
The Centre for Distance and Online Education invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor for weekend teaching engagements in the following programmes:
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) & Master of Computer Applications (MCA)– Specialization in Programming, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Web Technologies, Database Management, Software Development.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Specialization in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective classroom/online teaching for weekend batches (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide students for academic progression and project work.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and evaluation processes.
- Support academic administration and quality standards of the Centre.
Eligibility
- Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with good academic record.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. preferred as per applicable regulatory norms.
- Prior experience in Online/Distance Education, LMS-based teaching, or digital content delivery will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and digital teaching skills preferred.
Work Schedule
Weekend on-campus teaching engagement (Saturdays and Sundays).
