Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and passionate English Faculty member to teach English Language, ESL, and IELTS courses to students in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in English and a demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective instruction to diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in alignment with curriculum standards.
•Evaluate and monitor student performance to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
•Provide academic guidance and support to students to improve language proficiency.
•Integrate modern teaching methodologies and technology to enhance classroom engagement.
•Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and institutional initiatives.
•Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Education, or a related field.
•Preferred Certifications: CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or equivalent ESL teaching certification.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in English, ESL, or IELTS—preferably in the UAE.
•Proven track record in preparing students for standardized English proficiency exams (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
•Culturally sensitive with the ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
