The Department of Business Administration invites applications for full-time/adjunct Assistant Professor / Lecturer positions. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, curriculum development, and research, while supporting the university’s academic quality assurance and accreditation objectives.

Commencement: Summer 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Business Administration. 
  • Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and international standards. 
  • Engage in research and scholarly activities, including publications in reputable journals. 
  • Support academic advising, student engagement, and assessment activities. 
  • Participate in institutional quality assurance processes and accreditation-related tasks. 
  • Contribute to departmental and institutional service activities, including committees and events. 

Qualifications and Experience

For Assistant Professor:

  • PhD in Business Administration or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution. 

For Lecturer:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (PhD preferred). 

General Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the university level (UAE experience preferred). 
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written). 
  • Demonstrated ability in curriculum development and academic delivery. 
  • Evidence of research potential (Assistant Professor) or willingness to engage in research activities. 
  • Industry experience will be considered an advantage. 

Preferred Criteria

  • Familiarity with UAE higher education regulations (MOHESR/CAA) and quality assurance frameworks. 
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and blended teaching methods. 
  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE, preferably near Ras Al Khaimah, will be given priority.
