Uttaranchal University invites applications for a full-time, position at the rank of Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor in the Human Resource discipline. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong commitment to excellence in research, teaching, and service.
Responsibilities
- Teaching: Deliver high-quality instruction at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels in HRM courses. Develop new courses that enhance the department’s curriculum.
- Research: Conduct and publish original research in high-quality peer-reviewed journals. Secure external funding for research activities.
- Service: Participate in departmental, college, and university service. Engage in professional service activities that enhance the visibility and reputation of the institution.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students and junior faculty members.
Qualifications
- Assistant Professor
- MBA in HR, with 2 Years of teaching experience
- *Ph.D., UGC-NET (Preferred Qualification)
- *Excellent teaching and research skills in the relevant discipline.
- Associate Professor / Professor
- As per UGC norms.
