About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Science Faculty member to deliver high-quality academic instruction and practical learning experiences to students. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students in both theoretical and industry-oriented concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions on Computer Science subjects.
- Teach topics such as Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, OOPs, Web Technologies, and related domains.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Mentor students on projects, coding practices, and technical problem-solving.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic guidance.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Stay updated with current technologies and integrate industry-relevant practices into teaching.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams for curriculum planning and execution.
- Support placement preparation through mock interviews, coding practice, and technical training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of core Computer Science concepts.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of databases, web development, and software development practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, or Full-Stack Development.
- Hands-on experience with coding platforms, GitHub, and LMS tools.
- Industry experience in software development or technical training will be an added advantage.
