Job Summary:
We are looking for a
dynamic
and experienced Assistant Manager – Training to lead and manage training initiatives for our voice-based BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing new hire training, conducting TNI/TNA, refresher sessions, and improving overall performance through effective learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end training programs for voice process (inbound/outbound).
Plan, schedule, and execute new hire training (NHT) and
on-the-job training
(OJT) .
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) to develop
impactful
training modules.
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR to bridge skill gaps and enhance productivity.
Provide floor support , coaching, and mentoring to agents post-training.
Maintain training MIS, reports, dashboards, and track trainee progress.
Ensure compliance with company and client-specific training guidelines.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in training for voice processes, with at least 2 years in a team lead or AM Training capacity.
Strong knowledge of customer service metrics , soft skills, and call handling techniques.
Excellent
communication
, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
Exposure to quality parameters , call audits , and coaching methodologies .
Ability to manage a team of trainers and work in a
fast-paced environment
.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in training (e.g., Dale Carnegie , Six Sigma , Train the Trainer , etc.).
Experience in domestic or international BPO (voice).
Knowledge of e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
