We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational person to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will liaise with and support management in raising student standards and contribute to the development of the school.
Fixby is now part of the Polaris Multi Academy Trust who are a successful and expanding Trust, currently comprising of 6 Academies and 1 Private Day Care Nursery. We have a strong commitment to continuing professional development and training and our committed and enthusiastic team support teaching staff with a bespoke CPD programme focused on the development of the ‘craft’ of teaching.
We have a relentless focus on developing the best teaching possible that ensures student outcomes. We have a strong focus on high standards and aspirations, built around the simple message that teaching is the most important thing we do.
