Role Description
The Aptitude Trainer (Urgent Hiring) will deliver classroom-based training on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for campus placements and competitive exams. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jodhpur and involves planning and conducting interactive sessions, solving example problems, assigning practice exercises, and clarifying doubts in a structured and supportive manner. The trainer will design and update training materials, question banks, and assessments, and analyze student performance to provide targeted feedback and guidance. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to align content with placement requirements, participating in workshops or bootcamps, and maintaining an engaging learning environment that supports diverse learning styles.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the capacity to break down complex concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations.
- Experience in classroom teaching or training, preferably in aptitude training, test prep, or campus placement coaching.
- Skill in designing structured lesson plans, practice questions, mock tests, and performance assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to engage large student groups.
- Comfort with using digital tools (presentation software, learning platforms, online assessment tools) to support teaching and learning.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, patience, and a learner-centric approach to handling doubts and varied student abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with college students or fresh graduates and familiarity with campus placement processes is preferred.
