Job description
- Train students in verbal aptitude and communication skills for competitive exams (CAT, GRE, etc.) and campus placements, covering vocabulary, grammar, sentence correction, reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and verbal analogies.
- Training Delivery: Conduct interactive in-person or online classes on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Interview Puzzles and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
- Content Development: Create, update, and improve curriculum materials, including lecture notes, formula sheets, practice questions, and mock test papers.
- Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments and mock tests, analysing performance data to provide individual feedback and improve student scores.
- Mentorship: Mentor students on time-management techniques, test-taking strategies, and career opportunities.
- Placement Preparation: Align training content with current industry trends and specific company recruitment patterns.
