Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Advanced Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the developmental growth of young children in our early childhood education program. In this role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment tailored to the unique needs of toddlers, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Engage children in hands-on activities that support childhood development milestones and foster creativity.
- Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs—including those related to special education or early intervention—and build strong partnerships.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, transitions, and daily schedules to ensure a structured yet flexible learning atmosphere.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and support children’s welfare.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- CPR/First aid training
- Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preferred; classroom experience with toddlers is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development theories and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively.

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
