In this role, you will spearhead the development of training programs that focus on adult learning principles and instructional design theory. Your contributions will impact the health and safety standards within BC’s arts and entertainment industry. Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and assist in curriculum design and quality assurance, ensuring that learning outcomes align with industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft impactful curricula for IET programs
• Propose training solutions based on research and data
• Evaluate training programs and gather stakeholder feedback
• Facilitate workshops for facilitator training
• Maintain program manuals and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
• BA and MA in Adult Education or related fields
• 5-8+ years experience in instructional design
• Familiarity with technology and learning management systems
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
