Are You a Fitness Educator Who Can Actually TEACH?
WTF Fitness Academy is India's fastest-growing fitness education brand — as seen on Shark Tank — and we're looking for elite Fitness Academy Instructors to join our team in Noida.
This is NOT a personal trainer role. This is a TEACHING role. We need people who can stand in front of a classroom and deliver world-class CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and Sports Nutrition certification courses to serious students.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver CPT and Nutrition courses to student batches across theory and practical floor sessions
- Conduct assessments, practical exams, and student evaluations
- Develop and update course content to stay current with industry standards
- Mentor students through their certification journey
- Maintain a high-energy, professional learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Instructor/Lecturer/Faculty at a fitness academy or institute
- Certification in CPT (ACE, NASM, K11, Classic or equivalent)
- Sports Nutrition certification preferred
- Strong communication and teaching skills — you must be able to break down complex topics clearly
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Delhi/NCR area
