Qualification &
Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of full-time teaching experience.
Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in the relevant subject from a recognised institution.
B.Ed. in the relevant discipline from a recognised institution (compulsory) .
Experience with residential schools will be given preference.
Exposure to Cambridge and/or ICSE curriculum.
Knowledge of Education principles and effective Teaching methodologies.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear and effective verbal and written communication.
Commitment to holistic education and willingness to engage in residential school life.
Experience with Lesson Planning and curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs.
Compensation:
– Salary shall be as per 7th Pay Commission (CTC range between Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 1,02,000) along with benefits such as:
Free education at Unison World School for girl child; education reimbursement for male child (as per School policy).
In-campus furnished accommodation.
