Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified CELTA-Certified Academic Supervisor to oversee and support our instructional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language teaching and proven supervisory experience, with the ability to maintain high academic standards across multiple branches.
Requirements:
- CELTA certification is a must
- 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or academic leadership role
- Previous experience supervising English instructors is a must
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to observe, evaluate, and develop instructors effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor instructors’ performance across branches
- Conduct regular class observations and provide constructive feedback
- Train, mentor, and support new and existing instructors
- Ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and teaching quality
- Identify training needs and implement development plans
- Collaborate with management to improve academic processes
