The European Business Transformation Hub (EBTHub), an Austrian R&D NGO , has launched Lab 01: The Verification & Trust Lab. We are empirically measuring the "Verification Paradox" in GenAI—specifically whether the human time spent verifying AI output negates the time saved generating it.
We have secured the European mid-market partner companies. We have the senior domain experts (Sales, Finance, Marketing, PMO). We have the digital telemetry architecture.
What we need: A Quantitative Academic Research Lead to own the statistical methodology and draft the final paper.
Your Role (5–8 hours/week):
- Own the statistical analysis for nested enterprise data (MLM/HLM, McDonald’s, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Bootstrapped Mediation).
- Manage the OSF pre-registration to ensure open-science transparency.
- Draft the final academic manuscript formatted to APA 7th standards.
- Manage the journal submission and Revise & Resubmit (R&R) cycles.
Your Profile:
- Current PhD Candidate, Postdoc, or Junior Assistant Professor in Information Systems (IS), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Business Psychology.
- Peer-reviewed published research articles done, in a related field.
- Strong command of R, Python, or JASP.
- Deep understanding of rigorous academic publishing standards.
