Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and academically driven Academic Research Assistant / Online University Instructor / Academic Advisor to support research initiatives, deliver online instruction, and provide academic guidance to students. This role combines research, teaching, and advising responsibilities to support academic excellence, student success, and effective learning outcomes in an online education environment.
The successful candidate will assist with academic research projects, develop and deliver instructional content, assess student performance, and provide ongoing academic support. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct academic research, literature reviews, and data collection activities.
- Assist in analyzing research findings and preparing reports, papers, and presentations.
- Maintain research records, databases, and documentation in accordance with academic standards.
- Develop and deliver online lectures, tutorials, and learning materials.
- Facilitate virtual classroom discussions and encourage student engagement.
- Assess assignments, exams, and academic projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Provide academic advising on course selection, study planning, and educational pathways.
- Monitor student progress and support performance improvement strategies.
- Respond to student inquiries and provide timely academic guidance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, Science, Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees are an advantage depending on academic level requirements.
- Strong understanding of academic research methods, data analysis, and scholarly writing.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual learning environments is an advantage.
