Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Academic Program Manager role based in Di An, HCM or Long Thanh, Dong Nai. The Academic Program Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing curriculum materials for various educational programs.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with educators to assess student needs, researching and incorporating modern instructional approaches, and reviewing and revising curriculum content.
- The role also entails ensuring alignment with educational standards and effectively communicating curriculum objectives and materials to the teaching team.
- Design and Facilitate Professional Learning to enhance mindsets, knowledge, and skills of early childhood teachers and school-based staff. Professional learning may include but is not limited to New Teacher Orientation, Professional Learning Communities, stand-alone professional learning sessions, and responsive support sessions
Qualifications
Professional Experience
- Curriculum Focus: Proven experience in curriculum development or academic content creation is highly valued.
- Pedagogical Knowledge: Solid understanding of learner psychology and age-appropriate methodologies to match content to student needs.
- Experience is preferred to ensure practical understanding of lesson flow.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Technology: Proficient in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and gamified platforms such as Kahoot or Blooket for creating engaging slides and interactive activities.
- Academic Background: Graduated with a major in English Language Teaching or a related field.
- Operational Skills: Highly detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyze and use data: monitor, assess, and improve program quality, and complete reports, projects, and other tasks in a professional and timely manner
- Transportation Requirement: Must have access to reliable transportation to transport materials and travel between worksites (Di An, Long Thanh, and Cu Chi).
