Overview

The Academic Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience within our EdTech platform. This position involves leading a team of educators, driving curriculum development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality academic programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders to enhance student learning outcomes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of educators and academic coordinators to ensure high-quality educational delivery.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and enhance curriculum content aligned with educational standards and market needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including parents, students, and educational institutions, to foster relationships and gather feedback.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for educators to enhance their teaching methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of academic strategies that align with company goals and enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications
