Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Lead located in Jagraon Tehsil. The Academic Lead will be responsible for implementing educational programs, mentoring teachers, and overseeing curriculum delivery to ensure quality education. The role involves planning and coordinating training sessions, analyzing academic performance data, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve program objectives. Additionally, the Academic Lead will work on fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment and provide continuous academic guidance to both teachers and students.

- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in managing educational programs or working in administrative educational roles is an advantage
